When the Kids Festival Ringsted takes place, all children between the ages of 3 and 12 are guaranteed an unforgettable day. There are always more than 80 activities, good concerts, theater performances, shows and lots of good music.
In 202e, the Kids Festival Ringsted is hold for the 8th time. Since the first children's festival was held on 11 June 2016, the Kids Festival Ringsted has managed to bring Ringsted together and create an unforgettable day for children of all ages. However, the kids festival in 2021 was held as a To Go version.
A collaboration between associations, schools, institutions, tourist attractions, business and Ringsted Municipality has made the Kids Festival Ringsted something very special.
From children to children
Planning and development of some of the activities at the Kids Festival Ringsted takes place through learning courses that are carried out in the city's schools and day care facilities. The motto is that we make a festival for each other, and the theme from children to children is important at a time when both children and adults especially need to play and be creative together.
Sustainability
At the Kids Festival Ringsted, the focus is on sustainability and the UN's 17 global goals. A space is created for fun, educational and entertaining activities that put the children's learning into play in a creative and entertaining way.
