While a walk along Ådalen offers fairly wide gravel paths, you have to pass several narrow footpaths and stiles if you choose a route around Gyrstinge Lake. The 460-year-old Allindelille Fredskov is a natural gem known for rare plants, including the orchid fly orchid. The 450 years younger Experience Trail is a 25 km route that offers beautiful scenery, rich birdlife, a wide range of activity opportunities, and a wealth of history.
The protected part of Allindelille Fredskov is something of a natural gem, where you can find, among other things, the ordhid Ophrys Insectifera.
Giesegaard and Juellund are located in a scenic manor landscape between Ringsted and Køge. The park offers beautiful paths, lush trees, and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing walk in nature.
